Fiddle About

No, I'm not talking about Uncle Ernie. I'm talking about the fiddle festival in Idaho. After watching the jams on "The Daily Dallas", I went off and listened to more fiddle music than I thought existed. I was truely impressed. I even picked one that I liked (just to annoy those of you that hate my choice of music)
Hopefully (I'm a little dumb) you'll be able to hear the bloody thing while you are on my page.

First Aid Station

Everyone knows the importance of having a well stocked first aid station near your work area. For those of you that are concerned about my limbs, (you know to whom I'm talking to) I now have a fully stocked medical emergency kit that will be kept in close proximity to all of my favorite toys.

My Birthday Gifts

My children remembered me with very nice cards.

Keithie's card was delivered on the 11th. (wow)
Marisa's came to me on the 12th
(that's ok too)
Kitty's sister's card found my mailbox on the 8th and one from Buffalo come today.
Kitty said "Happy birthday" and we went to Busch Gardens.

Keith's card was (oops) a Fathers Day Card
I'll get a birthday card on Fathers Day
and
Marisa card is pictured

I got myself Busch Garden Fudge.

Picnic Table

I would like you people to know that I'm doing this post before I sucked my quota of morning coffee...so you better appreciate it! I had some pressure treated wood laying around the house that was getting in my way and wondered what I could do with it. Keithie sent me plans the other day (give or take six months) for, yes you guessed it, a picnic table. At first building the thing was a little spooky because Kitty decided to help. You see Kitty is famous for doing things upside down and backwards. She's also afraid of most of my tools.
I was pleasantly surprised when Kitty (now a master carpenter) turned out to be a great help.

Two Kittys

Kitty and I went to Busch Gardens for a couple of hours today. The water rides were refreshing after working in the yard all day. I was surprised to see that they show cartoons to the tigers.
Does anybody else have, umm, I don't want to use names or I'll hear about it for the rest of my life, a first born daughter with a good heart, that nags the living dog crap out of her daddy?
